This seminar was designed for AHJ’s, such as building code officials and fire officials, with a strong focus on the requirements of the IBC.
Design professionals (architects, engineers), other specifiers, inspectors, tradespeople and contractors will also find it to be relevant and useful.

To receive a Certificate of Completion and CEU’s, students must score 70% or higher on each of the 10 quizzes.
If you fail a quiz, it is highly recommended that you review the video for that specific module prior to taking the quiz a 2nd time. Failing the quiz repeatedly will lock you out of the course, until an administrator can reset the course for you.
This ICC course #38829, consists of eight contact hours (0.8 CEU’s).
This seminar will specifically cover the International Building Code firestop requirements, and the fire test and inspection standards referenced within.
To receive CEU’s and a Certificate of Completion, you must complete all of the modules and pass all 10 quizzes.
