I am the owner of GRC Collaborative Consultancy serving the Greater Philadelphia market, north Delaware, and southern NJ.  I am a licensed architect in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.  I am also NCARB certified.  Having accrued over thirty-six years of experience in the design and construction of various building types, I am acutely aware of the need for firestopping inspection services.  Too often, I have seen unaddressed openings in fire barriers both horizontally and vertically.  I have also observed many instances of non-compliant firestopping installations and the absence of fire-resistive joint systems in fire-rated construction.  I am passionate about ensuring the delivery of safe buildings and spaces.  To this end, I am pleased to have a part in protecting the public and all building end-users at large through firestopping inspections.
